You all saddled up and tackled prostate cancer with the Rotary Ride and raised a magnificent £17,000!
A static bike, a tricycle, a tandem, whatever it was as long as you could cycle on it, you used it to help Prostate Cancer UK, Prostate Cancer Scotland, Prostate Cymru and the Irish Cancer Society as well as your local charities which are all very grateful for your support.
This year it’s even easier to donate funds online with our JustGiving Rotary Ride 2019 team page. Create your own JustGiving account for your Rotary Ride and link it to the team page so everyone can donate and see how well you are doing. It’s not too late to donate.
There were static rides at vintage car rallies, gyms and even a front room of a house. The long distance rides were scenic tours through beautiful countryside including around Glamis Castle and West Cumbria.
While events are over for this year, planning for next year can start now. Contact your local club and find out their plans for 2020 and help to raise funds for prostate cancer charities.
